Photos: Newborn Chinese Baby Rescued Alive From Toilet Pipe After Being Flushed Away By Mum

Firefighters received a call from a landlady of a block of flats in eastern China saying that she thought a baby was trapped in a toilet pipe in the building as she had heard it crying on Saturday afternoon. Firefighters had to remove the pipe and take it to a nearby hospital, where doctors carefully cut around it to rescue the baby boy inside.

Photos: Mum Locked Up Mentally Challenged (Killer) Son In A Cage For 11 Years!

A 74-year-old woman, Wang Muxiang, was forced to cage and shackle her mentally ill son in a homemade cage for 11 years has emerged from China. The cage was made after her son Wu Yuanhong murdered a teenager in his village in  Ruichang, Jiangxi Province, while reportedly suffering an episode of 'psychosis'.

Wu also beat a 13-year-old boy to death in the same village in 2001. He was released home a year later because he suffered from mental illness.The woman built the cage when no one else agreed to help her out for fear of being attacked by Wu. Wang said: 'I wielded the cage while crying heavily. Although he suffers from mental illness and killed a person, he still is my son. Thinking I was making a cage to lock him in, my heart was broken.'

Was the woman cruel to have done that or vindicated on the account of her son's violent disposition?

Heavily pregnant Kim Kardashian stumbles on dress!

Kim Kardashian, who has been heavily criticised for her often unflattering maternity wear, managed to look chic on Friday night, her dress proved to be somewhat of a hazard.

The 32-year-old was stylish in a black maxi dress and white blazer as she headed out to dinner at La Scala restaurant in Beverly Hills on Friday, but she continued to stumble over the long frock as she walked.

The reality star looked down in concentration as she side-stepped the long dress, which kept getting tangled up with her feet.

Kim tried to remain composed throughout, keeping her posture as she elegantly used her feet to move the material to the side.

But finally she gave up and just held the dress up with her one hand as she walked into the restaurant, no doubt relieved to have made it there without tripping.

Ricky Naputi was so heavy he hadn't left his home on the Pacific Island of Guam for five years. A TV crew followed Ricky's battle to slim down so he could travel to the United States to undergo life-saving surgery. But he ran out of time and died at the age of 39 - before footage of his plight could be aired. Ricky was married for 10 years, but Ricky's size meant they could never consummate the relationship.

Instead, his devoted spouse spent her days bathing and feeding him and even helping him go to the toilet. She described her role as "taking care of an overgrown baby".
